Following up on our successful sale of Gibbs and Dandy, Leeds we are delighted to announce the sale of SIG, Nunnery Lane, Leeds, to Ribston.
We are a results driven business, focusing on delivering above market returns for our clients. This sale for £2.7m was again well ahead of valuation and follows the successful review of the lease with the tenant.
Combined with the proceeds from the sale of Gibbs and Dandy, Leeds we now have considerable equity available to capitalise on fresh opportunities for our clients throughout the rest of this year and into 2021.
